Job Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure projects are completed per individual plan
Prepare status reports on project progress/problems
Work with teams to gather business requirements for projects
Prepare, prioritize, and modify operational reports and programs
Customize systems to support integration for client/server applications
Identify off-the-shelf applications for future consideration
Liaise with IT vendors
Perform intra-group roles within IT in accordance with the responsibility matrix
Effectively train existing staff using our cutting-edge tools for better software maintenance
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field is required
Minimum 5 years of experience in Syteline ERP system support
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintaining database systems and department-wide applications
Certifications (including MSDBA, MSCAD.NET, MSCD.NET) are preferred
Skills in MSSQL/Oracle servers are desired
Experience in manipulating data in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts is highly desirable
Understanding of issues (including A/R, A/P, G/L, Fixed Assets, HR, Payroll, and Manufacturing) is essential
