You make sales– that’s what you do. But most importantly, you want to be able to work wherever you want and have the freedom to excel with a company that’s as cool. If the siren call of going the extra mile for big projects and working with a variety of people is on your professional playlist, then we’re looking for you! The Sales Development position will need your know-how to create ideal customer profiles, buyer journeys, and copious sales methodologies (think the Challenge Sale model).

Five Things Our Employee Handbook Won’t Tell You
Why you’re right for the job: You yearn for the flexible startup environment.
Keep walking if: You’re not interested in a central, downtown San Diego office with access to a gym, many restaurants, and cafes as your home base.
It’s not all puppies and rainbows: If you can’t sell in your sleep, you might not have the spirit.
How to impress the boss on day 1: Surpass your deadlines and produce nothing but accurate data.
